Job summary

Sumsub разыскивает инженера‑ML/софтверного инженера для ведения проекта Summy AI Copilot. Вы будете превращать идеи в рабочие продукты, создавать многошаговых агентов с устойчивым контекстом и обеспечивать трассировку и мониторинг производительности и затрат.

Опыт с Java/Dropwizard, Docker и Kubernetes обязателен. Роль предполагает работу с продакшн‑решениями в облаке (GCP/AWS) и ориентирована на безопасную интеграцию внешних AI‑агентов, а также развитие RAG‑прикладных систем и инструментов

Qualifications

• 5+ лет в Software/Data/ML Engineering, включая GenAI/LLM‑проектирование.
• Глубокое понимание LLM: структурированная выжимка, вызов инструментов и маршрутизация с учётом затрат.
• Опыт оркестрации агентов и работа с современными LLM‑API.
• Произведенные микросервисы на Java/Dropwizard; развёртывание в GCP/AWS через Docker и Kubernetes.

Responsibilities

• Владение ядром интеллекта Summy AI Copilot от идеи до продакшна.

• Настройка трассировки, мониторинга и пайплайнов оценки по качеству, задержкам и стоимости токенов.

Own the core intelligence behind Summy AI Copilot, taking features from concept through production rollout and operation Design and build robust, multi-turn AI agents capable of complex reasoning, context retention, and autonomous action Set up tracing, monitoring, and evaluation pipelines to track quality, latency, and token cost Evolve the public MCP server and Agent Skills so external AI agents can work with Sumsub reliably and securely Start with solid baselines and iteratively scale complexity based on production metrics and A/B tests

5+ Years of experience in Software, Data, or ML Engineering, including 1+ years building and shipping production-grade GenAI/LLM systems In-depth understanding of how LLMs work, including structured extraction, tool calling, and cost-aware routing Hands-on experience with agentic orchestration and modern LLM APIs Experience writing production-ready microservices in Java/Dropwizard and deploying to GCP/AWS using Docker and Kubernetes Experience owning systems from early customer discussions through production operations Будет плюсом: classical NLP, traditional MLOps, large-scale data engineering, compliance, anti-fraud, KYC/AML or fintech, production RAG systems
