Job summary

Ryz Labs seeks an AI Engineer to join a real estate tech client project. You will build our core AI systems, deploy them with private equity funds, and work with the GTM team to frame problems, scope solutions and deploy results in production.

You will ship production Python/TypeScript code, develop agentic AI workflows, and ensure trustworthy performance with observability, cost control, and latency improvements. The role blends hands-on engineering with client-facing collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3+ years shipping production software
• Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production: agents, RAG, tool use, evals and context engineering
• Strong grasp of the AI landscape and model trade-offs
• Solid ML fundamentals and problem decomposition
• Builder mindset with end-to-end ownership
• Comfortable explaining technical trade-offs to clients
• Pragmatic with a bias to ship real solutions
• Cloud fundamentals (AWS, GCP or Azure) and data pipelines
• Aware of enterprise security and data isolation

Responsibilities

• Build agentic systems: multi-step agents, tool use and workflows for real investment work
• Own the AI stack: RAG, document pipelines, model routing, prompt engineering and outputs to Excel/IC formats
• Build evals and observability for accuracy, cost, latency, and reliability
• Develop reusable infrastructure: connectors, data pipelines and components to speed deployments
