Goodwin's Digital & Technology team seeks an AI Developer to design, build, test, and maintain AI-powered applications and agent-based systems that improve business operations. This is a software engineering role with a focus on AI implementations and scalable solutions.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will collaborate with software engineers, data professionals, and business stakeholders to deliver dependable AI products and services for a global firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and supporting software applications.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and agent-based systems that support business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows, gather requirements, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Develop components using Python, C#, TypeScript, React, APIs.
• Configure and support AI solutions using Azure AI services.
• Follow SDLC, security, and operational standards.
