Goodwin Procter Boston is seeking an AI Developer to join the Digital & Technology team. You will design, build, and support AI-powered applications, agent-based systems, and automation solutions that enhance our operations and client services.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, implementing RAG and prompt engineering, and ensuring secure, scalable software aligned with SDLC standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/Software Eng.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Experience with Python, C#, and/or TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with AI, ML, LLMs, or intelligent automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-powered applications, automation solutions, and agent-based systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and translate needs into solutions.
• Develop components and integrations using Python, C#/.NET, and TypeScript.
• Configure AI solutions using Azure AI services and related cloud tech.
• Implement retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and agent workflows.
