Ideal candidates have under two years of engineering experience, fundamentals in data structures and distributed systems, and interest in prototyping and deploying model-powered solutions with guidance.

Qualifications

• Less than two years of engineering experience with solid fundamentals.
• Experience building and prototyping solutions quickly with a customer-minded approach.
• Familiarity with relational databases and end-to-end feature wiring.

Responsibilities

• Prototype and ship an AI-powered product improvement.
• Own a productionization project, integrate a model, add monitoring and guardrails.
• Contribute to evals, experiments, and translation of results into changes.
