Job summary

LPU Batangas is seeking an ambitious new engineer to help build and ship features for a new AI agent product. This role emphasizes hands-on development, ownership, and rapid learning in a fast, low-process environment.

You will prototype quickly, learn from pilot customers, and contribute your own perspectives on product direction, operating in ambiguity and collaborating with colleagues. Expect to work hands-on with LLMs, agents, and voice AI, using modern AI coding tools daily to turn ideas

Qualifications

• Fresh graduate or early-career engineer with limited professional experience.
• Portfolio of projects, side-projects, hackathons, or open source contributions.
• Solid engineering fundamentals and eagerness to learn quickly.
• Strong sense of ownership and own opinions on product development.
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and a fast, low-process environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship product features across the stack on the new AI agent product.
• Prototype quickly, learn from pilot customers, and iterate.
• Contribute your perspective on product direction, acting as an owner rather than a ticket-taker.
