Role Overview

The Manager, AI Engineer, is responsible for designing and developing end-to-end AI/ML solutions using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Define solution architectures integrating LLMs, generative AI, and traditional ML with enterprise systems.
• Manage AI projects, including architecture design, model development, integration, testing, and ensuring adherence to MLOps, security, and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with clients to translate business goals into technical AI solutions aligned with enterprise strategies.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders, oversee deliverables, manage risks, and mentor junior engineers and consultants.
• Partner with cloud and ecosystem vendors to incorporate latest innovations and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies.
• Maintain expertise in AI/ML frameworks, data engineering, conversational AI, and AI security and ethics.
• Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to diverse audiences and create client-facing deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum five years’ experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or cloud solution engineering, with leadership in client-facing roles.
• Degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related field; relevant certifications in cloud AI platforms are a plus.
• Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale AI/ML solutions, with expertise in at least two major cloud platforms.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with APIs, microservices, containers, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
• Experience with conversational AI, generative AI, AI automation, and knowledge of AI governance and security.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and stay current with AI advancements. Authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is required.
