Role Overview: The Director of AI, Data & Google Cloud leads end-to-end AI, data, and cloud transformation initiatives, focusing on leveraging Google Cloud AI services to improve customer experience, operational efficiency, and decision-making across industries.

Responsibilities Include

• Shaping AI strategies and roadmaps as a trusted advisor to senior and C-level stakeholders, positioning solutions as strategic enablers of business goals.
• Designing, architecting, and delivering multi-agent conversational AI systems and automation solutions with seamless integration, quality, scalability, and security.
• Driving business development by identifying market opportunities, developing proposals, and securing new client engagements, while fostering strategic partnerships.
• Managing and mentoring cross-functional teams to promote technical excellence, high performance, and career growth in AI and cloud technologies.
• Establishing a strategic vision for AI and data offerings, staying current with industry advancements, and fostering a culture of innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 8 years in data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technology, with leadership experience in consulting or tech organizations. Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Cloud) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI ecosystem (Agent Builder, Dialogflow, Vertex AI) and designing multi-agent conversational systems.
• Expertise in architecting AI-powered workflows, integrating chatbots and virtual assistants with enterprise applications, and ensuring scalable, automated solutions.
• Deep understanding of ethical AI, MLOps, and AI orchestration, with a strong balance of technical and business acumen.
• Ability to travel as needed and authorized to work without sponsorship.
