Job summary

LS Solutions in New York seeks an experienced AI/Cloud Transformation Leader to drive strategy and delivery of Google Cloud AI initiatives across the enterprise. You will guide senior stakeholders, shape roadmaps, and oversee multi-agent conversational AI and automation programs.

Job description

The role involves leading AI, data, and cloud transformation initiatives utilizing Google Cloud AI services to enhance business operations and customer experiences.

As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop AI strategies and roadmaps, while overseeing the design and deployment of multi-agent conversational AI systems and automation solutions.

You will drive business development by identifying market opportunities, creating proposals, and securing new client engagements, alongside managing and mentoring cross-functional teams to ensure technical excellence and professional growth.

The position requires deep expertise in Google Cloud's AI ecosystem, including the design of scalable, secure, and integrated AI-powered workflows such as chatbots and virtual assistants.

Qualifications include a minimum of 8 years in data analytics, AI/ML, and cloud technology, with leadership experience in consulting or tech organizations.

A bachelor's degree is required, with advanced degrees preferred. Certifications like Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect or Machine Learning Engineer are advantageous.

The candidate should possess hands-on experience with Google Cloud AI tools (e.g., Vertex AI, Dialogflow CX), designing multi-agent conversational AI, and implementing AI solutions that integrate with enterprise systems like CRM and ERP.

Deep knowledge of ethical AI, MLOps, and best practices for scaling AI solutions is essential.

Travel as needed, and must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
