Job summary

Tharp Consulting in Atlanta seeks a senior leader to drive AI strategy and solution development in a dynamic advisory environment. You will design, architect, and deliver AI solutions including multi-agent GenAI systems, retrieval-augmented generation, and multimodal architectures.

You’ll advise senior stakeholders, aligning AI initiatives with business goals and managing risk and governance across engagements.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud tech with leadership roles
• Advanced degree preferred in CS/Data Science/Engineering
• Experience designing scalable multi-agent and GenAI systems in large orgs

Role Overview:

The position involves leading AI strategy and solution development within a dynamic advisory environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping AI strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Guide clients on AI risk management, governance, and security to ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
• Identify market opportunities, develop proposals, and support business growth in AI services.
• Manage and mentor cross-functional teams, fostering technical excellence and innovation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of eight years' experience in AI/ML, data analytics, and cloud technologies, with leadership roles in consulting or tech firms.
• Advanced degree in computer science, data science, engineering, or related fields preferred.
• Expertise in cloud AI ecosystems (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), designing scalable multi-agent and generative AI systems.
• Proficiency in integrating AI with enterprise applications, conversational AI, and automation solutions.
• Strong understanding of AI governance, MLOps, and industry best practices for deployment and security.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and lead strategic initiatives.
