Mediacom Communications Corporation is seeking a Data Scientist / AI Engineer to collaborate across marketing, sales, and leadership to build data-driven, AI-powered solutions. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle from data discovery to deployment and monitoring.

The role requires hands-on experience with ML, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and production tuning, with a focus on improving customer experience and advertising effectiveness. This is a hybrid position in the United States.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years in AI/ML, data science or related role.
• Strong Python, SQL and database skills.
• Experience with Databricks, LangChain, LangGraph and ML workflows.

Responsabilités

• Gather requirements and write functional design documents.
• Analyze data to discover trends and patterns.
• Develop predictive models and AI solutions to improve business outcomes.
• Prototype and support AI agent-based solutions using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop scalable data pipelines and ML workflows using Databricks.
