Job summary

Mediacom Communications Corporation in the United States seeks a Data Scientist / AI Engineer to design and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance customer experience, advertising effectiveness, and retention. You will own the full lifecycle from data discovery to production, collaborating with marketing, sales, and leadership to deliver measurable business impact.

The role requires strong Python/SQL skills, experience with Databricks, LangChain, LangGraph, and a track record of deploying AI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on AI/ML engineering or data science experience.
• Proven track record with ML algorithms, AI solutions, and statistical analysis.
• Excellent Python, SQL, and database skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and write functional design documents.
• Analyze data to discover trends and patterns for business impact.
• Develop predictive models to improve customer experience and retention.
• Design and support AI agent-based solutions using LangChain/LangGraph and RAG.
• Build scalable data pipelines and ML workflows in Databricks.
• Monitor model performance and implement observability and feedback loops.
• Collaborate with business users, data engineers, and developers.
