Good Sam Analytics is building an internal platform that empowers departments to interact with purpose-trained AI agents. We seek an AI Engineer to design agent architecture, implement LLM pipelines, and validate outputs while collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.

You will work in a hybrid Chicago environment, bridging Snowflake, internal Postgres, and internal APIs to secure agent workflows, and you will shape production-ready agent behavior with rigorous evaluation and governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years software engineering with Python backend.
• Hands-on LLM development: prompts, tool calls, and evaluation.
• Experience with agent orchestration patterns or frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an agent-serving architecture for multi-agent routing.
• Bridge internal systems securely to agents and gateways.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) with department knowledge bases.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and testing for agent code quality.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope and ship agent features and improvements.
