M3 USA is hiring an AI Engineer to build AI-powered systems that automate and improve workflows for our healthcare businesses. You will work with non-technical teams to understand processes and design AI-enabled solutions that scale rapidly.

The role emphasizes agentic coding using tools like Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and similar agents, with a focus on production-grade applications and robust governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Demonstrated agentic coding expertise with multiple AI-assisted applications.
• Portfolio of AI-developed projects with GitHub/repos or deployed demos.
• Production deployment experience of AI-powered applications used by real end users.
• Workflow automation experience through scripts, integrations, or low-code.
• Strong technical foundations: Python, TypeScript, web apps, SQL, LLM APIs, REST, cloud infra.
• Knowledge of agentic systems, transformers, context, and practical tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered systems to automate and improve workflows for healthcare-related businesses.
• Develop and deploy LL-based applications including document processing and data extraction.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical specs.
