Job summary

M3 USA is hiring an AI Engineer to build AI-powered systems that automate workflows for our healthcare businesses. You will work with non-technical teams, understand their processes, and design AI solutions that boost effectiveness.

This role emphasizes agentic coding using Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and similar tools, with strong engineering fundamentals and production deployment experience. You will collaborate across M3 USA subsidiaries and report to the CTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated agentic coding expertise with AI coding agents.
• Portfolio of AI-developed projects with GitHub repos or deployed demos.
• Production deployment experience with AI-powered apps in production.
• Workflow automation experience with scripts or integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-powered systems to automate and improve workflows for healthcare-related businesses.
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions including document processing and data extraction workflows.
• Communicate progress and tradeoffs clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, and compliance requirements, especially for healthcare data.
