Job summary

Corellia Talent is seeking an AI Engineer to build production-ready agents and systems in a fast-moving Bay Area startup. This on-site SF role emphasizes engineering of scalable AI agents, testing pipelines, and robust memory/learning loops to ship real product features.

You will work on planning, reasoning, tool usage and multi-step Task execution, with an emphasis on reliability and performance in production environments.

Qualifications

• Strong engineering fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience building LLM applications, AI agents or code generation systems.
• Comfort designing reliable systems around non-deterministic model behaviour.
• Experience with evals, automated testing and parallel execution.
• Strong web engineering skills and good product judgement.
• Curiosity about problems with no established playbook.

Responsibilities

• Build agents that plan, reason, use tools and execute multi-step tasks.
• Develop systems to test, verify and improve agent output.
• Conduct online and offline evaluations for generated code, design and UX.
• Implement agent memory, feedback loops and learning pipelines.
• Ensure orchestration and monitoring to run large-scale interfaces safely.

AI Engineer | Building AI agents that ship real product

$200k to $300k base + equity | On-site in San Francisco

We're hiring for a fast-growing, well-funded AI startup in the Bay Area. Their agents design, code, test and ship web experiences on their own, and have driven over $200M in incremental revenue for household-name tech customers in the last six months.

They're growing over 100% quarter on quarter, backed by tier-1 VCs, and the team is small and talent-dense: competitive programmers, former founders, and researchers behind some of the most popular open-source code generation projects.

This is systems-heavy engineering on the core product, not prompt engineering.

What you'll work on

• Agents that plan, reason, use tools and execute multi-step tasks
• Systems that let agents test, verify and improve their own output
• Online and offline evals for generated code, design and UX
• Agent memory, feedback loops and learning pipelines
• Orchestration and monitoring to run hundreds of thousands of generated interfaces safely

What they're looking for
