Job summary

Cavendish Professionals is partnering with a fast-growing AI startup to hire Applied AI Engineers to build the agent systems at the core of the product. You will design and ship complex agents for enterprise customers and help evaluate their progress while contributing to the distributed infrastructure that runs hundreds of agents in parallel.

The role requires hands-on agent engineering experience, a strong CS background, and a track record of working in high-growth tech environments or AI

Qualifications

• 1–6 years as an applied AI, founding, research or ML engineer.
• Experience at a high-growth tech company or AI lab.
• Hands-on agent engineering and distributed systems experience.
• A top-tier CS/engineering background.
• Something that makes you stand out: an olympiad medal, a hackathon win, a popular open-source project, or AI research you’ve shipped.

I’m partnering with a fast-growing, $1B+ AI startup that builds autonomous agents for enterprise revenue teams. Their agents research accounts, prioritise pipeline, run outreach and keep CRM data up to date, so sellers can focus on selling. They work with some of the best-known AI companies and enterprise brands, and they’re backed by tier-one VCs.

They’re hiring Applied AI Engineers to build the agent systems at the core of the product.
