Job summary

The Themesoft Inc. team is seeking an Experienced Advanced Cloud Based Programmer to design, build and optimize scalable chatbot solutions on Google Cloud Platform. You will work in a hybrid model with 50% onsite in Albany, NY, contributing to Generative AI agents, RAG architectures and CI/CD automation.

We value deep hands-on GCP, Dialogflow, Python development and a collaborative, stakeholder-focused approach to delivering reliable AI-powered services across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years related experience.
• Minimum 2 years hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Minimum 2 years experience developing chatbots or conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow or similar tech.
• Experience building Generative AI applications and AI agents.
• Strong understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts and implementations.
• Experience with prompt engineering and prompt optimization techniques.
• Proficiency in Python application development.
• Experience using source control systems such as Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
• Experience developing and maintaining infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform.
• Ability to write and maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities
