Job summary

Netcompany is seeking an AI Engineer to leverage technical expertise across business and technology teams, productionize AI models and GenAI solutions. You will work on ML model development, deployment, and ongoing optimization in a collaborative, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience in Machine Learning model development and deployment.
• Good exposure to GenAI technologies.
• Familiarity with RAG systems and vector databases is a plus.
• Solid skills in Python and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Understanding of MLOps principles and model lifecycle management.
