Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned AI Program Manager to lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise AI initiatives that align with our strategic objectives.

You will partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions, oversee cross-functional teams, and govern execution to ensure measurable business outcomes and value realization across multiple concurrent initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, data science, business or related field.
• 5–8 years of AI, ML, digital transformation, or related experience.
• 3–5 years leading cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy AI capabilities.
• Oversee project plans, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Quantify business value and ROI of AI initiatives.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI roadmap development, governance considerations, and emerging technology opportunities.
• Develop team performance and talent within the AI Engagement function.

Job Summary

Oversees cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and value realization of AI capabilities. Governs project execution, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes across multiple concurrent initiatives.

• Quantifies and tracks business value, adoption metrics, and return on investment for AI initiatives.
• Advises senior stakeholders on AI roadmap development, governance considerations, and emerging technology opportunities.
• Manages team performance, workload planning, and talent development within the AI Engagement function.

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

Work Experience

• 5-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, digital transformation, product management, or a related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects or teams required.
• Experience translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions required.
