Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise AI initiatives, partnering with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions. You will oversee cross-functional teams, govern project execution, and ensure value realization across multiple AI programs.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5–8 years in AI or related fields, plus 3–5 years leading cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.
• 5-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, digital transformation, product management, or a related field required.
• 3-5 years of experience leading cross-functional projects or teams required.
• Experience translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications for AI solutions.
• Manage cross-functional teams for design, development, testing, deployment of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Oversee project plans, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies for successful delivery.
• Quantify and track business value, adoption metrics, and ROI for AI initiatives.
• Advise senior stakeholders on AI roadmap development, governance considerations, and emerging technology opportunities.
• Manage team performance and talent development within the AI Engagement function.
