Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced AI leader to drive enterprise AI initiatives in Arizona. You will partner with stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions and oversee end-to-end delivery across data science, product, and engineering teams.

You will define AI use cases aligned with business goals, manage project plans and budgets, and quantify ROI, adoption metrics, and value realization for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
5–8 years of AI, machine learning, digital transformation, or related field.
3–5 years of leading cross-functional projects or teams.
Experience translating business challenges into AI-enabled solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise AI initiatives.

Lead the identification, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise Artificial Intelligence initiatives aligned with organizational objectives
Partner with business stakeholders to translate strategic needs into scalable AI-enabled solutions
Identify and prioritize high-impact AI use cases aligned with enterprise strategy
Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications for AI solutions
Manage cross-functional teams designing, developing, testing, and deploying AI-enabled capabilities
Oversee project plans, resource allocation, budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
Quantify and track business value, adoption metrics, and return on investment for AI initiatives
Advise senior stakeholders on AI roadmap development, governance considerations, and emerging technology opportunities
Manage team performance, workload planning, and talent development within the AI Engagement function

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, data science, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience required
5-8 years of experience in AI, machine learning, digital transformation, product management, or a related field required
