Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, AI/ML engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience designing AI reference architectures and integrating AI solutions across platforms.
• Ability to create innovative technical solutions for complex challenges where established approaches may not exist.
• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture.
• Excellent communication and influence skills for translating complex technical concepts to executives.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and maintain Dolby's AI reference architecture.
• Establish scalable standards, principles, and design patterns across business groups and functions.
• Own the roadmap for agentic systems platforms and translate business objectives into technical strategies, milestones, and implementation plans.
• Design and implement cross-platform AI integration frameworks connecting AI capabilities with enterprise data platforms and infrastructure.
• Optimize AI-related compute and token usage as adoption scales.
• Solve complex architectural challenges across multiple AI and machine learning disciplines.
• Partner with Data and Infrastructure teams to align AI solutions with enterprise architecture, data strategy, and operational goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to AI engineers, agentics engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors, platform partners, and industry peers.
• Support AI Governance and Risk initiatives by aligning architectural decisions with responsible AI, security, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of enterprise data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and system architecture
• Excellent communication and influence skills for translating complex technical concepts to business stakeholders and executive audiences
• Preferred: Experience with AI FinOps, including AI cost modeling, governance, and compute optimization at scale
• Preferred: Experience evaluating and integrating emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms
