Job summary

Jobtailor in the United States is seeking a senior AI architect to design and implement AI solution architecture and strategy across client projects. You will apply deep expertise in AI, ML, and software design to solve business challenges and drive adoption of cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with artificial intelligence, data science, machine learning engineering, or software engineering
• 5+ years of programming experience, including Python
• Experience with deep learning, computer vision, NLP, or agentic AI
• Experience with independent, self-directed research
• Knowledge of modern software design patterns, including microservice design
• Ability to lead and support day-to-day execution of technology assessment efforts
• Ability to analyze alternatives and characterize and quantify performance
• Ability to comprehend and develop requirements based on mission needs
• Ability to distill complex technical topics into concepts understandable by general audiences
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Experience leading technical development and technical research teams
• Secret clearance preferred
