EliseAI is seeking an AI Engagement Manager to lead strategic relationships with high-value, complex customers. You will guide clients in harnessing AI to drive business transformation, streamline operations, and improve portfolio performance.

This role blends client strategy, product launches, and long-term adoption of AI capabilities across property management. You will own a portfolio of strategic accounts, shape how AI is delivered at scale, and define best practices for AI-powered success.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of experience in asset management, consulting or client strategy within a tech/startup environment.
• Strong executive presence and ability to advise on business transformation initiatives.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn insights into strategic recommendations.
• Excited by emerging technology, with a focus on AI’s real-world impact.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and able to build playbooks from scratch.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, high-output setting.
• Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week.

• Guide clients through implementation, aligning on business goals and time-to-value.
• Help customers reimagine workflows and embed AI into daily operations.
• Own a portfolio of high-value accounts, identifying opportunities to deepen adoption and ROI.
• Design repeatable strategies to support product rollout and long-term success across customer types.
• Lead data-driven conversations tying AI performance to client KPIs and long-term objectives.
• Support clients through change management to integrate AI into core processes.
• Provide structured feedback to Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve the platform.
