Job summary

Beacon Hill client is seeking an AI Program Leader to drive an Enablement AI Experience initiative. The role sits within the Enablement AI Experience Team, focusing on operational excellence, governance, and data-driven decision making across a broad portfolio.

The position requires leading cross-functional workstreams, establishing processes, and delivering visibility through dashboards and reporting. On-site 2–3 days a week with hybrid collaboration and a strong emphasis on Jira-enabled

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, Operations Management, Marketing, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related discipline.
7+ years of experience in Project Management, Creative Operations, PMO, Workflow Management, Portfolio Management, or Program Management.
PMP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage a diverse portfolio of workstreams including creative, operational, facilities, communications, events, onboarding, OCM, employee experience, and AI adoption.
Develop workload tracking, capacity planning, demand forecasting, executive dashboards, and operational reporting for leadership visibility.
Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows to increase productivity and predictability.
Partner with colleagues across disciplines, facilitate planning discussions, manage competing priorities, and communicate project status.
Design and manage Jira workflows, automations, dashboards, intake processes, and reporting structures.
