Job summary

FranklinCovey is seeking an AI Enablement Specialist to be the human layer of our AI enablement strategy. You will partner with teams, identify business needs, and help them build and adopt AI solutions within our governed model and approved tools.

You will run live demos, hands-on training, prototype simple AI assistants, and ensure outputs meet accuracy, policy and security standards while driving adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 1+ years of professional experience in a business, operations, analyst, training, process improvement, or technical role.
• Experience using generative AI tools (such as Claude, Copilot or ChatGPT).

Responsibilities

• Discover projects with business teams and surface repeatable AI work.
• Show the art of the possible through live demos and quick builds.
• Train business users with hands-on sessions to build agents and workflows using approved tools.
• Prototype simple AI assistants and automate workflows with real data, documenting assumptions.
