Qualifications

• Ability to translate complex AI concepts for non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Respond to user support requests and document recurring trends; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate and deliver training programs, workshops, and onboarding sessions.
• Create and maintain user-facing resources, FAQs, knowledge bases, and guides.
• Identify opportunities to improve documentation and processes and scale AI enablement.
