Amazon.com Services LLC’s Rapid & Rural Logistics (R2L) team seeks a strategic Program Manager to lead AI Enablement across our high-growth operational businesses. You’ll design enablement frameworks, learning pathways, and cross-functional partnerships to democratize AI and deliver measurable business impact.

You will build scalable playbooks, manage executive stakeholders, and drive adoption of AI tools that translate business knowledge into productive prototypes and production-ready

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience.
• Advanced Excel and SQL knowledge with data-driven decision making.
• Cross-functional collaboration across tech and non-tech teams.
• Experience defining and implementing process improvements with metrics.

Responsibilities

• Translate AI enablement vision into executable roadmaps and scalable playbooks.
• Design programs that upskill employees to be AI-capable problem solvers.
• Build pathways and AI Champions network to foster AI-first culture.
• Drive adoption of AI tools through internal communications and workshops.
• Partner with Tech teams to scale prototypes into production solutions.
