Job summary

Atmosphere TV is seeking an AI Enablement Lead in Austin, TX to turn our AI tooling into end-to-end workflows. You will work closely with internal teams to map their processes, identify bottlenecks, and build tools that empower creative problem-solving and stronger client relationships.

You’ll need hands-on AI experience, especially with Claude, Python/TypeScript, and API integrations, plus the ability to coach users and drive adoption across departments.

Qualifications

• :Shipping AI workflows adopted by non-technical users; ability to explain why a tool wasn’t used and learn from it
• :Understanding agent loops and how to design skills and tools and connect them to external APIs
• :Hands-on with current AI tooling (Claude skills, plugins, MCP, or similar)
• :Enough Python or TypeScript to build integrations
• :Strong product instincts: define problem, pick metric, prioritize, focus on bottlenecks
• :Experience improving operational processes or untangling messy workflows
• :Strong communication with skeptical users and cross-functional teams
• :Clear writing across specs and prompts

Responsibilities

• Embed with internal teams to map workflows end-to-end and identify bottlenecks.
• Tie builds to measurable business outcomes and back-calculate from metrics.
• Design and build agentic workflows using Claude plugins, connectors, and Salesforce stack.
• Build tools that fit into existing work patterns and provide coaching when needed.
• Capture inputs to refine prompts, rules, and tool behavior over time.
• Collaborate with engineering to decide what belongs in core architecture vs. team tooling.
• Advise teams on whether fixes are process changes, software, or AI.
• Document experiments, results, and reusable patterns for faster rollouts.
