Job summary

Electronic Arts is seeking an AI Enablement Intern to join the System Owners team within Fan Care for Summer 2027. You will help scale and evolve the Agentic AI Framework to accelerate software delivery, operational workflows, and cross-platform integrations.

Collaborate with partner engineering teams to define requirements, translate business needs into BRDs and user stories, and contribute to sprint planning.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree granting program with anticipated graduation no earlier than December 2027.

Responsibilities

• Define functional requirements (BRDs, user stories, workflow maps) for a plug-and-play agentic framework.
• Conduct qualitative research and workflow analysis with partner teams to uncover automation opportunities.
• Translate business and operational needs into backlog items for AI agents.
• Develop documentation, playbooks, and best-practice guides to foster adoption across Fan Care teams.
• Establish benchmarks to evaluate output accuracy, token efficiency, and productivity gains.
