Qualifications

• 8+ years architecting, developing and deploying production software with best practices.
• Experience with spec-driven development and AI tools (Kiro, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering, AI agents, RAG, embeddings and vector DBs.
• Comprehensive AWS expertise (microservices, observability, CI/CD).
• Understanding legal, ethical and security implications of AI deployment.
• AAA console/PC game integration experience is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an AI advocate, promoting AI as an efficiency multiplier and growth driver.
• Monitor emerging AI technologies for business integration opportunities.
• Apply AI to enhance operational and fan experiences.
• Engage EA Experiences teams to identify needs and develop solutions.
• Drive organizational change through novel AI applications and transformation initiatives.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to senior stakeholders.
