Kforce Inc. is seeking an AI Enablement & Intelligent Automation Specialist in Deerfield Beach, FL to drive adoption of AI capabilities across business groups. You will lead training, workshops, and governance, and work with stakeholders to map processes and select effective automation solutions.

The role focuses on scalable content, reusable assets, and coordination across AI initiatives with enterprise impact. A strong consulting mindset and executive communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience advising and enabling non-technical users on productivity or automation tools.
• Experience driving AI adoption in a business setting.
• Experience building training content and reusable assets at scale.
• Knowledge of AI governance, data security, and responsible-use practices.
• Strong facilitation and consulting skills for workshops and process mapping.
• Excellent stakeholder communication with executives and frontline users.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI enablement across business groups with training, coaching, and workshops.
• Consult with stakeholders to map processes and propose AI solutions understandable to all levels.
• Build reusable assets: playbooks, libraries, templates, and accelerators.
• Coordinate delivery across AI portfolio with owners, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Support governance, usage reporting, quality, and compliance as adoption scales.
