Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a senior leader to head the enterprise AI enablement program in Frisco, TX. You will design experiences and governance that accelerate AI adoption with guardrails, delivering a frictionless path for teams to say “yes.”

You’ll own the front-door AI experience, build partnerships, mentor staff, and present analytical findings to executives while aligning with business strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 7 years of related work experience or advanced degree with 5 years of experience.
Fields of study: Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.

Responsibilities

Lead the enterprise AI enablement experience across teams to drive fast 'yes' to AI adoption.
Build frictionless intake and routing so requests reach partners smoothly.
Turn standards into self-service enablement for teams.
Remove blockers to AI adoption and simplify the path.
Develop and maintain cross-functional partnerships to align business needs.
Mentor team members with coaching and career development.
Deliver executive-level presentations communicating analytical findings.
Handle other duties assigned by business management.
