Job summary

T-Mobile USA, Inc. is seeking an experienced professional to own the AI enablement product on the Adoption & Experience team. You will shape curriculum and learning paths that move employees from AI-aware to AI-capable, and design rollout communications for tool launches and changes.

Collaborating with HR Learning & Development and cross-functional partners, you will treat enablement as a product—owning roadmap, backlog, usage metrics, and continuous improvement driven by adoption data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of related work experience (Required).
Advanced degree with 3 years of related experience (Required).
Acceptable areas of study include Computer Science, Engineering, IT or equivalent experience (Required).
3+ years experience in hands-on technical role writing production code, solution engineering, or technical architecture in large-scale environment (Required).
5+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment (Required).

Responsibilities

Own the AI enablement product end to end: vision, roadmap, and backlog for training, curriculum, learning paths, and communications across GenAI tools.
Design and maintain curriculum and learning paths for both technical and non-technical employees as tools evolve.
Plan and run rollout communications for AI tool launches and updates, coordinating across content owners.
Operate the champion network program: recruitment, activation, content, and feedback into the roadmap.
Measure adoption and enablement effectiveness via usage reports and feedback; drive content improvement.
Other duties/projects as assigned by business management.
