Andreessen Horowitz is hiring an IT Engineer, AI & Innovation Enablement to empower teams across IT Systems to adopt AI and build practical AI tools. The role blends engineering and enablement, including testing AI models, configuring SSO/SCIM for AI apps, and running AI workshops for business units.

Qualifications
- 6+ years experience in IT systems, security, IT infrastructure and platform engineering roles.
- Optimism and enthusiasm for the future of AI and the ability to teach and share knowledge across IT and the firm.
- Power user of AI tools such as ChatGPT/Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, and Wispr Flow.
- Ability to apply engineering rigor to evaluating and testing new AI tools and features, assessing value and risks.
Responsibilities
- Co-own the firm’s AI platforms, manage admin settings, licenses, API keys, and feature rollouts.
- Lead workshops, hackathons, and guided build sessions to educate colleagues.
- Build and share enablement materials like AI workflows and training materials.
- Evaluate frontier AI products, stay updated on vendor roadmaps, and test capabilities.
