Job summary

The Judge Group is seeking a Junior level AI Enablement Specialist for a hospitality client in Chicago. This contract role focuses on designing, building, testing, and deploying AI-powered solutions to improve hotel operations and productivity.

Hybrid schedule (2-3 days on-site per week) with a target backlog of ~60 AI tools and delivery of ~30 tools every eight weeks. You will build and refine prompts, workflows, and Copilot-based automations to drive business results.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building AI solutions with ChatGPT, OpenAI, Custom GPTs, or Microsoft Copilot.

Responsibilities

• Support design, development, and deployment of AI tools for hotel colleagues.
• Manage backlog of ~60 AI tools and deliver ~30 tools every eight weeks.
• Build, test, and optimize Custom GPTs, AI skills, prompts, and AI workflows.
• Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and automations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and determine appropriate solutions.
• Build and support Microsoft Copilot Agents to automate processes.
• Conduct user testing and prompt refinement to meet requirements and outputs.
