Job summary

Judi Health is seeking a Fall Intern for AI Enablement Agent Development & Automation in a hybrid setting near New York City or Denver. You will assist in designing, prototyping, and testing AI agents and automated workflows across the enterprise, working with the AI Enablement team and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is a curious builder with an interest in generative AI, AI agents, and enterprise automation.

Qualifications

Candidates should submit AI agents, automations, apps, GitHub repos, hackathon results, coursework, or other AI solutions they designed or built.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, AI, Engineering, or related fields.
Demonstrated interest or hands-on experience with generative AI, AI agents, automation, software development, or emerging tech.
Able to translate business problems into logical processes, workflows, prototypes, or technical solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
Able to learn new technologies quickly and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Meet with business stakeholders to understand problems, workflows, pain points, and opportunities for AI and automation.
Assist with requirements gathering, process mapping, use-case definition, and design for AI-enabled workflows and agents.
Build and prototype AI agents, copilots, prompts, workflows, and automations using approved enterprise tech.
Support solutions with platforms like Copilot Studio, Power Automate, GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, and others.
Connect AI solutions to enterprise knowledge sources, apps, APIs, and business processes.
Develop and test prompts, agent instructions, knowledge retrieval approaches, workflows, and user interactions.
Conduct functional and user acceptance testing; document issues, results, feedback, and improvements.
Create documentation including requirements, process flows, designs, test cases, and implementation materials.
Collaborate with AI Enablement, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, Compliance, and business teams for governance and security.
Measure impact through metrics like time saved, adoption, quality, and business value.
Research emerging AI tech and develop small proofs-of-concept for enterprise use cases.
Support the AI Enablement team's pipeline of AI use cases, pilots, and transformations.
