Qualifications

• Erfahrung in HR-Entwicklung, Projektmanagement oder Organisationsentwicklung.
• Expertise in HR-Best Practices, Talent Management und Performance Development.
• Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten mit multikulturellen Teams.
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- undBeziehungsfähigkeit zur Einflussnahme auf Stakeholder.
• Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse in einem internationalen Umfeld.

Responsibilities

People Development Expert EMEA (all genders) full-time position in our Division Human Resources in Kleinostheim near Frankfurt as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• You lead HR development initiatives, including training, engagement programs, and career frameworks
• You act as the main contact for HR projects, working with teams across the organization
• Senior leadership relies on you to report on project progress, risks, and milestones
• You track project performance using key metrics and KPIs
• Your reports provide insights, recommendations, and improvements to senior management

Your profile:

• You bring experience in HR development, project management, or organizational development
• Your expertise covers HR best practices, talent management, and performance development
• Managing projects and working with multicultural teams is one of your strengths
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills help you influence stakeholders
• A proactive mindset and fluency in English and German enable you to thrive in an international environment
