Job summary

Kiewit Technology Group is seeking a Business Analyst with AI enablement to identify and automate high-volume, repetitive work across the Service Delivery teams. The role focuses on turning processes and ticket trends into AI-powered bots and self-service solutions to save time and enhance the employee experience.

The ideal candidate brings strong business analysis skills, hands-on AI/automation experience, and familiarity with Service Desk operations to deliver practical, scalable improvements

Qualifications

• 2–10 years in business analysis, process improvement, automation, or related IT support.
• Hands-on AI/automation experience with bots or low-code tools.
• Experience analyzing support processes and translating problems into requirements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze Service Desk processes, ticket trends, recurring issues, and technician workflows.
• Identify high-volume, repetitive, manual work suitable for automation.
• Build AI agents, bots, workflow automations, and self-service solutions.
• Develop prototypes and proofs of concept, moving successful ideas into processes.
• Measure impact on repetitive work and user experience improvement.
• Document requirements, solutions, and support procedures.
• Collaborate with Service Desk technicians to test solutions and gather feedback.
• Assist adoption of AI-enabled workflows and tools.
• Adhere to Kiewit security, privacy, and responsible-AI standards.
• Develop and maintain ServiceNow reports and dashboards.
