Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building across functions.

Responsibilities

• Support GCO's business transformation strategy aligned with clinical ops priorities.
• Develop advanced analytics, automation, and digital capabilities to improve performance.
• Enable performance excellence through advanced and custom analytics.
• Design and deploy low-code/no-code solutions, reusable agents, and analytics assets.
• Create repeatable frameworks to accelerate adoption of AI-enabled capabilities.
• Lead digital platform initiatives and evaluate capabilities for AI-enabled insights.
• Promote responsible AI, transparency, and human oversight.
• Establish communities of practice and mentor stakeholders in analytics and AI.
