Qualifications

• 8+ years in clinical operations, analytics, or transformation roles in life sciences/healthcare.
• Experience with AI/digital transformation and data science concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support GCO transformation strategy aligning with operations priorities.
• Develop advanced analytics, automation, and digital capabilities to boost performance.
• Design and deploy low-code/no-code solutions and analytics assets across enterprise platforms.
• Evaluate platforms, promote responsible AI, and drive adoption across GCO.
