Job summary
Vertex Pharmaceuticals LLC is seeking an experienced GCO AI Enablement and Analytics Associate Director to drive AI-enabled business transformation, advanced analytics, automation, and digital capabilities within Global Clinical Operations. You will shape strategy and lead implementation with stakeholders across functions.

Qualifications
- Advanced degree required in a quantitative field such as Math, Statistics, CS or Data Science.
- Proven experience in AI/digital transformation initiatives within life sciences, pharma, or healthcare.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Support GCO business transformation aligned with clinical operations priorities.
- Develop advanced analytics, automation, and digital capabilities to improve performance.
- Lead design and deployment of low-code/no-code solutions and analytics assets.
- Develop evaluation frameworks, business requirements, and adoption criteria for new tech.
- Promote responsible AI principles and establish AI champion programs.
- Coach stakeholders in advanced AI, analytics, and digital tools.
