• Ability to translate AI strategy into practical guidance and reinforcement for employees and leaders.
• Ability to measure adoption, capability, and behavior change and use data to improve the approach.
• Practical fluency with AI tools and responsible use.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise AI enablement roadmap and adoption across Vertex.
• Shape integrated roadmaps to build AI fluency and accelerate adoption.
• Partner with Learning, Communications, and governance teams to deliver practical experiences.
• Define AI capabilities needed across roles and deliver role-relevant experiences.
• Coach leaders and managers to reinforce responsible AI use and experimentation.
• Build an AI adoption network of champions and change partners.
