Clearway Energy Group is hiring an Associate, Training Developer to design, develop, and evaluate technical training for field technicians and front-line leaders. You’ll own projects, mentor junior developers, and apply AI-enabled methods to create scalable, impact-driven programs.

You will collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders, lead multiple development projects, and travel ~10% to support field needs and deployment across U.S. locations.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training development, instructional design, or technical training.
• 3+ years of experience developing or delivering technical training for field technicians, operators, or similar hands-on roles.
• Proven experience using generative AI tools to design, develop, or evaluate training programs.
• Proven success in developing, implementing, and evaluating training programs.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and training evaluation frameworks.
• Proficiency with LMS platforms and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise).
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop learning programs using advanced instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom’s Taxonomy, adult learning theory).
• Conduct needs assessments and gap analyses to identify and address training requirements.
• Develop and refine learning objectives, assessments, and multimedia content that deliver high-quality learning experiences.
• Develop or revise instructor-led training material packages, aligning content, assessments, and evaluations with objectives.
• Design hands-on, performance-based technical training for field technicians, including job aids and skills verification.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate training development and verify AI-generated content with SMEs.
• Collect and analyze participant feedback and assessment data to improve training content and outcomes.
• Lead project teams or workstreams, manage milestones, and report progress.
