Job summary

RWM & Company in the New Bloomfield/Wormselyburg area seeks an Advisory & Tax Client Manager with a strong background in tax and accounting advisory. You’ll serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of small business owners and high-net-worth individuals, using AI tools to surface insights and improve service.

The role balances hands-on production with portfolio leadership, including leading client meetings, reviewing complex returns, coaching staff, and helping build an AI-enabled firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in public accounting with focus on tax and advisory.
• CPA/EA or tax-focused advanced degree required.
• Bachelor's in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience with AI/ technology in client service.
• Ability to work from New Bloomfield or Wormselyburg office 2 days/week.

Responsibilities

• Lead tax planning, accounting advisory, and client meetings.
• Prepare and review complex returns (1040, 1120-S, 1065) and financial statements.
• Coach and develop junior staff.
• Help build AI-enabled tax workflows and tools.
• Maintain high standards of client service and delivery.
