Job summary

Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation initiatives in Seattle. You will shape skills-based strategies, leverage talent intelligence platforms, and partner with clients to redesign work, roles, and learning pathways for an AI-powered future.

You will apply human-centered design, data-driven decision making, and change management to deliver practical, scalable workforce solutions and drive client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3+ years across Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, and Talent Intelligence.
• Experience in Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, and Workforce Transformation.
• Experience with Technology Talent Development is a plus.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Banking industry.
• Minimum 6 months helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled future.
• Design innovative workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, internal mobility, and career development.
• Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI into workforce, automation, and operating models.
• Lead strategic workforce planning using labor market insights, skills data, and talent analytics.
• Utilize Generative AI tools and LLMs to accelerate workforce analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations.
• Shape workforce readiness and resilience through skills-based organization initiatives.
• Contribute to business development and market research efforts.
