Job summary

Accenture seeks a seasoned AI-enabled supply chain advisor to lead end-to-end transformations across ERP and SCM ecosystems. You will design agentic AI solutions, orchestrate multi-system deployments, and translate business requirements into scalable value architectures.

You’ll partner with CTO/CFO/CISO, drive rapid experimentation, and shape reinvention blueprints for multi‑year adoption roadmaps while delivering measurable ROI for clients across industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with deep hands-on knowledge of enterprise SCM or ERP platform transformations (SAP, Oracle, Kinaxis, O9, Blue Yonder, or equivalent).
• Minimum 1 year designing and deploying agentic AI solutions in production environments (agents, orchestration, RAG, context engineering).
• Minimum 2 years working with AI platforms (Anthropic, OpenAI, Vertex AI, or open source) including multi-provider pipeline architecture.
• Deep design experience and fluency across cross-domain processes such as Idea to Retire, Source-to-Pay, Plan-to-Produce, Order-to-Cash, and Plan-to-Deliver.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If associate degree, must have a minimum of 6 years’ work experience)

Responsibilities

• Own the full arc from business case to production: understand the client's operating model, identify friction, and build AI solutions across ERP and SCM platforms.
• Lead cross-domain AI deployments at functional interfaces across planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and engineering.
• Drive rapid experimentation from ambiguous problems to working production systems within days or weeks.
• Architect agentic solutions with RAG, orchestration, and multi-system workflow integration across identity, data, governance, and process layers.
• Shape AI reinvention strategy with client leadership and translate complexity into ROI backlogs and adoption roadmaps.
• Define reusable reinvention blueprints that scale across engagements and build the FDE practice.
