Job summary

Capgemini Invent, in partnership with frog, seeks a Strategist at the Consultant level to help shape AI-enabled business, product, and experience strategies for clients in Dallas and beyond.

You will collaborate with Designers, Technologists, Researchers, Product Managers, and Program Managers to translate insights into actionable strategies, growth opportunities, and differentiated offerings, leveraging AI responsibly.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant strategy consulting or related field experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to synthesize customer needs, market trends, and business considerations into strategic POVs.
• Experience supporting business, product, experience, or growth strategy initiatives.
• Familiarity with qualitative and quantitative research methods, market analysis, and trend analysis.

Responsibilities

• Design and conduct research to uncover customer needs and validate opportunities using AI-enabled techniques.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
• Apply foresight to assess how evolving tech and market dynamics reshape industries and value.
• Synthesize insights into strategic narratives, hypotheses, and client-ready viewpoints.
• Contribute to development of growth strategies, value propositions, and business models.
