Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Library and Information Science.
• Experience in semiconductor, technology or manufacturing industry, or a bachelor’s degree in engineering, physical sciences, or a related technical field.
• Experience administering or maintaining SharePoint-based information resources and knowledge repositories.

Responsibilities

• Implement, maintain, and enhance library systems and services, including AI-enabled search and discovery technologies, with licensing, governance, and business alignment.
• Assist employees with information retrieval, conduct reference interviews, and provide training on library resources.
• Interface with vendors and publishers to support subscriptions, content access, and system enhancements.
• Maintain the library website, information architecture, resource access points, and related systems; resolve tech and access issues.
• Monitor developments in information services and AI-enabled research tools; recommend improvements to resources and workflows.
• Provide library support for company initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Evaluate library services and technologies within the enterprise context to improve cross-functional workflows and user experience.
